Support Contract

Mega-Byte are pleased to offer our new entry level support contract for small/medium companies.
For €120 euros per month you will receive a one hour visit per week to check that your computers are running the latest anti virus / anti spy ware programs and the latest Microsoft updates and to ensure the smooth operation of your machines.

The time of the visit is negotiable but can be scheduled to avoid any disruption to your normal working routine for example during lunch times or early morning / evening.

Any work outside of the scheduled visit attracts a 10% discount off our normal hourly charge the whole time the support contract is in place.
